TO ENHANCE TRADE FAIR EXPERIENCE
Held in Frankfurt, Ambiente is the largest and the leading international trade fair for consumer goods. In 2015, there were 4,700 exhibitors from 89 countries - it would take an entire week to visit all exhibitors! So we were there to guide a business mission of Brazilian entrepreneurs and optimize their visiting time.
PERSONALIZED TOURS AND INDIVIDUAL GUIDED TOURS MADE IT EASY FOR ENTREPRENEURS TO FOCUS ON WHAT REALLY MATTERED IN THE WORLD'S LARGEST TRADE FAIR FOR CONSUMER GOODS.
In 2015 the Design Export Program of Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Agency for the Promotion of Exports and Investments) organized a business mission for a group of entrepreneurs from the glass sector to the fair. This action aimed to provide the group with the latest innovation and design trends for the glass sector, including aspects such as packaging, product development, branding and point of sale.
To optimize the time of each entrepreneur in the event, our team previously studied the exhibitors, created customized itineraries for each person according to their business and interests, developed a printed guide for the event and accompanied each entrepreneur on an individual guided tour.
After the visit, each entrepreneur also received a report of the main trends identified at the fair, among with references, images and comments. With this, the companies could better target future design and innovation investments in their product portfolios.
