RESEARCH FOR SEBRAE IDENTIFIES AND ANALYSES CONSUMER TRENDS
Understanding the concept of a trend is easy. Yet translating it to a practical situation, on developing new products and services or adjusting processes and business models is not a simple task. The Innovation and Products Management Department of Sebrae from Paraná has activated us to identify the current macro consumer trends and translate them to their internal and external customers.
WE MAPPED 58 CONSUMER TRENDS THAT SMES SHOULD KEEP
AN EYE IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN 2017.
Our research has raised 58 consumer trends, based on 20 different reference sources. These were further grouped and organized into different usage levels: 4 macro trends, 17 direction guidelines and 22 action opportunities. In addition, specialized trend reports and consultancies were also mapped during the survey.
The project resulted in a trend’s booklet and radar, which combine theory and practice, and allow playful interaction for Sebrae’s customers.
A constant concern in our projects is to facilitate access to information. Because of this, our deliveries always exploit visual aids and tool formats, such as infographics, sheets, and charts. In this way, the extensive research that was done during the project becomes accessible and easily usable.
